From another location: contact us.
If you want to travel from Bangkok to the resort on your own, you can take the public bus from Bangkok's Ekamai bus station (reachable by bus or taxi from the airport) or also the private minibuses at Victory Monument ( which can be reached via the railway line which leaves from the airport, or by taxi), to get off at the terminus at Ban Phe (very economical, approximately three hours drive), from there we will pick you up for free.
In the return direction, there are very inexpensive collective minibuses which go directly to the airport.
Are there any specific vaccines or treatments to take ?
There is no need for specific vaccines, although it is better to be up to date with your standard vaccines (DTP). Vaccines for hepatitis A and B are a plus. Antimalarial treatment is useless and can spoil your stay.
It is advisable to bring the quantity for any specific treatments for the entire duration of your stay, as well as your doctor's prescription. On site, you will find pharmacies and English-speaking doctors for minor problems (colds, etc.). It is best to have some basic care with you for greater comfort (fever, disinfectant, dressing, treatment for diarrhea).
Be careful of the sun and the heat, drink enough water to avoid dehydration in the event of physical exertion. And if you are going on a long stay, this can be an opportunity for a small general check-up (teeth, eyesight, etc.) a few months before, to give you peace of mind once you are on vacation.
What to do in case of illness or injury ?
First of all, talk about it, don't stay as if everything is fine. You can of course notify us, but it is the people on site who will be useful and who must be notified: Eric or Sopa, the accommodation staff, a person with whom you have an affinity... We will direct you to a pharmacy or a doctor, or even the hospital if the problem is serious, and they will help you if you have difficulty explaining what you have. Healthcare in Thailand is good (but not free). And of course don't force yourself to resume activities as quickly as possible, but listen to the doctor's advice on rest.
