About Thai cooking classes

These classes take place in the kitchens of the resort's restaurant. You don't have a cooking station to yourself like you would at a cooking school. They will be supervised by a Thai chef: from mid-March to mid-April and in October and November, Sopha, who speaks quite a bit of French; and from mid-April to September, Wane, who can get by in French (and speaks English too).
They will show you how to do it, and then you will practice on your own.

The course menus in this program are given as a guideline; you will make 20 dishes in total, depending on the seasons or availability, as they will be prepared from fresh produce. Their order may also be different. The number of 20 dishes will be respected. You can also choose some of the dishes you would like to learn: here is a list of suggested Thai dishes . Do not hesitate to contact us if you have other desires.

Some courses will be preceded by a visit to the local market, rich in colors, scents and new tastes.
